The Facts:
J.P. Losman missed his second straight practice Wednesday, making it more likely Kelly Holcomb will start against Denver on Saturday. Losman hurt his right throwing shoulder and his left leg but continued playing in Buffalo's loss to New England on Sunday. The results of medical tests Losman had Tuesday were not available.  Reported by the Boston Globe

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Mike Mularkey was expected to update his quarterback's status following practice. Mularkey, however, suggested Tuesday that Holcomb would start against Denver if Losman missed a second straight day of practice, in part because the Bills are working on a shortened schedule.
