Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
"Some good, some bad like everybody else on the team," HC John Fox said during a conference call today when asked to assess Orton's performance in the season-opening 23-20 loss Monday night to the Raiders. "We came up a little short. There were plenty of reasons why. It wasn't just the quarterback by any stretch. Kyle is our starting quarterback and I don't think too many guys are firing all their guys because their team happened to lose in Week 1. ..." Meanwhile, Fox said he would not address the team's injury situation until Wednesday. But strained muscles generally take more time to heal than pulled muscles. Bailey and Moreno suffered strained hamstrings in the second half Monday and Lloyd went down with a strained groin. None of the three players returned to the game.
