According to reports out of Tampa, Jon Gruden expects Simms to be ready for Week 16. "I think he's okay. He's sore. He suffered a left thumb sprain. He was able to throw the ball. I'm sure he's a bit sore today. He took a lot of hits yesterday. We think he'll be ready to go for this game."  Reported by FootballDiehards.com
