The Facts:
Kevin Walter reportedly has a “badly bruised shoulder.” And so the Texans need to add some depth at the position, given the possibility that he’ll miss one week or more. They’ve done so by bringing back Anderson, a five-year veteran who was cut before training camp opened.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Anderson later joined the Broncos, but he didn’t make the final 53-man roster. “I’m very happy to be playing football and definitely happy to be wearing a Texans uniform," Anderson said. The seventh-round pick in 2006 had a workout on Tuesday with the Texans. He appeared in 61 games with 10 starts, catching 81 passes for 886 yards and three touchdowns. The Texans play the Dolphins in Miami on Sunday. The following weekend, they travel to New Orleans. Walter's status remains uncertain.
