According to reports out of Baltimore, Sams (knee) has been declared inactive for tonight's game against the Vikings. Tight end Daniel Wilcox (ankle) and receivers Clarence Moore and Patrick Johnson are also inactive.  Reported by FootballDiehards.com

Sams is third in the NFL with a 12.2-yard punt return average and 23rd with a 22.7-yard kickoff return average. Chester Taylor is expected return kickoffs and receiver Mark Clayton is slated to handle punts in his absence.
