According to reports out of Jacksonville, the Titans have declared Chris Brown (ankle) and Steve McNair (pectoral) inactive for today's game against the Jaguars. Matt Mauck will start at quarterback; Travis Henry gets the nod at halfback. Drew Bennett (knee) and Erron Kinney (knee) will also start; Ben Troupe (ankle) is active and will play as usual.  Reported by FootballDiehards.com
