According to reports out of Jacksonville, Fred Taylor, Byron Leftwich (ankle) and Jones (neck) have all been declared inactive for today's game against the Titans. David Garrard starts at QB; Derrick Wimbush starts at fullback; LaBrandon Tooled and Alvin Pearman will split time in Taylor's absence.  Reported by FootballDiehards.com

Although Leftwich practiced this week and clearly wanted to play, the Jags decided against risking further injury simply to knock off a little rust. Probably a wise move. ... Meanwhile, Taylor is said to be fairly beat up and the decision to sit him will likely serve them well in post-season play, too.
