The Facts:
Droughns hopes to get his contract redone in the offseason and made no promises about what would happen if he's not re-signed by the start of training camp. "It's kind of hard to say," said Droughns when asked if he'd be here for the opening of camp.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Droughns, who rushed for 1,232 yards this season, is under contract through 2006 for $1.15 million - far less than most other 1,000-yard rushers. He made $950,000 this season after being acquired in a trade with Denver. One thing working in Droughns' favor is that team consultant Jim Brown -- highly respected by owner Randy Lerner -- has recommended to the Browns that a redo is in order.
