The Facts:
Crumpler was scheduled to undergo a surgical procedure Tuesday to repair damage to his problematic knee, Jim Mora said at a news conference Monday. Crumpler's knee has troubled him since preseason, but he did not miss a game.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The operation, believed to be an arthroscopic procedure, will not sideline Crumpler, the team's leading receiver, for an extended period of time. While it's too early to know if Crumpler will be able to compete in the Feb. 12 Pro Bowl, the fact that it's possible is certainly positive news.
