Brian Finneran To Become A Free Agent

The Facts:
By playing in 45 percent of the Falcons' offensive plays, Finneran reached a trigger that voided out the remainder of his contract, allowing him to become be a free agent. "I'm going to check out all my options," said Finneran. "I like it here, the family is here, I like the organization, the coaching staff, my teammates and ownership. At the same time, I have to look out for my family so I will exercise my options." Reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Finneran started seven of 16 games, finishing as the No. 3 receiver behind Michael Jenkins and Roddy White. Finneran has been with the Falcons since 2000 after he played three Philadelphia Eagles after playing in NFL Europe with the Barcelona Dragons in 1999. He has 187 catches in his career.
