Toefield and Evans are the only skill players of any significance declared inactive by their respective teams for tonight's Jaguars-Patriots game in Foxboro. New England linebacker Tedy Bruschi (calf) is active, but the Patriots don't announce starters before kickoff.  Reported by the Boston Globe
