The Facts:
Hollings, 24, was arrested in Houston on Jan. 3 and charged with unlawfully carrying a gun with a suspended driver's license. Hollings was stopped for speeding. Hollings was released from jail after posting a $2,000 bond. He did not enter a plea at Tuesday's arraignment and another court date was set for Jan. 26.
