The Broncos will go without receivers David Terrell and Darius Watts and tight end Nate Jackson. The Patriots countered with eight inactives, most notably receiver Bethel Johnson and fullback Patrick Pass, who rushed for 64 yards and a touchdown the last time the two teams met.

For those interested, linebacker Tedy Bruschi is active for tonight's game and he took part in pre-game warmups without any apparent difficulty from the strained calf that sidelined him last weekend. Of course, he was active for that game, too, but never took the field against the Jaguars.
