The parameters of the deal, according to the source, that both teams are working off: $60 million total, give or take, and a $30 million guarantee, give or take, spread over five years. Reported by the Denver Post

Subsequent reports indicate the 49ers have entered the pursuit of Manning, but the Broncos and Titans are the teams he's visited. The Broncos are in Durham, N.C. today working Manning out. The Titans will also do so at some point (the 49ers watched Manning workout on Tuesday but the QB has not visited their facilities). ... Stay tuned.
