Manning held his throwing audition for the Broncos (Friday) and San Francisco 49ers (last Tuesday) on the Duke University campus in Durham, N.C. The Broncos, Titans and 49ers — not necessarily in that order — are the final candidates for Manning's services. Although no serious negotiations had taken place as of Saturday afternoon, all three teams understood that the parameters of the deal were based on his previous contract of five years and $90 million. ...
