The 27-year-old, who split his first five seasons between the Panthers, Dolphins and Broncos, saw his best NFL game come in San Diego. On Sept. 7, 2008, Rosario set career highs with seven catches for 96 yards, nabbing the game-winning touchdown as time expired in a season-opening Panthers win. Rosario, who is 6-4 and 250 pounds, has 89 catches, 1011 yards and five touchdowns in 78 career games. Three of his 25 starts came last year. He'll join tight ends Antonio Gates, Randy McMichael, Kory Sperry and Brad Taylor in Chargers camp.
