Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
He had narrowed his choices to the Texans, where he has played for the last five seasons, and the Broncos. Dreessen informed the Broncos Friday morning of his decision. With Julius Thomas coming off an injury-marred rookie season in 2010, and Virgil Green facing a four-game suspension to open the season for a violation of the league's performance-enhancing drug policy, the Broncos faced some depth issues at the position before landing Dreessen. Daniel Fells, who led the team's tight ends with 19 catches last season, signed with the Patriots early in free agency. Dreessen had six touchdowns among his 28 receptions last season and has topped 25 catches in each of the last three years.
