Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Hartline, a former Ohio State standout who was a fourth-round pick in 2009, has started 21 games the past two seasons, contributing 109 catches for 1,670 yards (15.3 per catch) and six touchdowns. New HC Joe Philbin seems excited about Hartline's potential to blossom in Miami's west coast offense -- perhaps in a role similar to the on Jordy Nelson has played in Green Bay. Whether Hartline is ready to deliver as Philbin expects remains to be seen. It is, however, worth watching.
