The Facts:
Harvin shared some news with Minnesota Vikings fans on Monday evening, but it certainly wouldn't be considered positive. The WR tweeted that he just found out he would need surgery on his shoulder. Reportedly it will be arthroscopic surgery.

In a follow-up tweet, Harvin explained that his recovery should be a quick one and added that he will be ready for Organized Team Activities when those start. Harvin, however, seems to be a bit optimistic considering players are due to report for the offseason program in three weeks. ... Harvin led the Vikings with 87 receptions for 967 yards and six touchdowns last season. He also had the third-most rushing yards on the team with 345 on 52 carries and two touchdowns. Harvin played in all 16 games for the first time in his career after missing one game as a rookie in 2009 and two games in 2010 because of issues with migraine headaches.
