He'll also reunite with Rich Bisaccia, the Chargers' assistant head coach and special teams coach who coached Spurlock for three seasons in Tampa Bay, most recently in 2010. That year, Spurlock averaged 25.7 yards per kickoff return and 6.9 yards on a career-high 28 punts. Over his career, the 5-foot-11, 200-pounder averages 25.1 yards per kickoff return and 8.1 yards per punt. He also has 23 catches for 294 yards and two touchdowns.
