Judy Battista of the New York Times reports that she asked Parcells if he has had further talks with Saints about the job. "Absolutely none", he said. As the Redzone.org suggests, Parcells might have some contact with the Saints again real soon with Payton's suspension beginning in one week. And what about the in-house candidates, OC Pete Carmichael, DC Steve Spagnuolo and OL coach Aaron Kromer? ESPN's Chris Mortensen believes Kromer is the most likely of the three to get the call -- assuming Parells doesn't.
