The Facts:
GM Reggie McKenzie said Wednesday that Pryor is a "viable" possibility to emerge this season as Oakland's No. 2 QB.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
"Absolutely," McKenzie said without hesitation at the team's headquarters in a pre-draft media conference. "Yep. Hopefully, our quarterback coach and offensive coordinator, the staff, can work him starting (in) next week's voluntary minicamp. And see if we can get him rolling. It's going to be a constant evaluation. But they need to find out how good he is and how good he can be. ..." So as CSNBayArea.com's Paul Gutierrez pointed out, Carson Palmer is the unquestioned starter and Pryor is working his way up to No. 2 and those waiting for a veteran to sign on as Palmer's backup, someone like Matt Leinart, perhaps, have to wait longer.
