that a new deal will come when the time is right. Jackson explained, “I want something done, but I’m under contract so I’ll continue to work. It’s what I do, I come to work and it’s part of what’s being voted as a captain last year, you have to show up and do things like this, you want everybody to follow the lead that you do so that’s what I’m here doing now. ...” Jackson is injury free as he said he was released for full workouts three months ago. Jackson missed the final six games with a broken bone in his leg.
