The Facts:
Tannehill and the Dolphins started rookie mini-camp on Friday. It doesn’t sound like Tannehill is going to have much of a learning curve for the offensive playbook. Tannehill said, via Jeff Darlington of NFL.com, that 80-85 percent of the playbook looks like what he used at Texas A&M under current Dolphins offensive coordinator Mike Sherman and that 65-70 percent of it is exactly the same.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
As PFT's Josh Alper suggests, knowing the plays isn’t enough for Tannehill to thrive, obviously. But knowing the playbook is going to close the gap in whatever QB competition goes on with Matt Moore and David Garrard because the book is totally new to them. Tannehill’s arm drew strong reviews from Darlington and other media members who watched the workout, albeit with caveats about not being able to tell much from throws made during a rookie mini-camp.
