Heyward-Bey was arrested at about 2 a.m. on April 7 on the lower deck of the Bay Bridge and the San Francisco district attorney's office filed charges on Wednesday. "It's a situation that we're aware of and we're monitoring," Allen said. "We'll see how the whole legal proceedings carry out and then we'll kind of go from there. ..." Stay tuned.
