The Facts:
Following up on the
ongoing story. ... HC Joe Philbin said there is no clear leader in the clubhouse yet in the team's three-player quarterback race. "I think it's very close," Philbin said. "I think it's very close. I think they all bring different attributes to the table. I will say that the room itself, the quality of the individuals in the room, I think is excellent."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The Miami Herald wrote earlier this week that Matt Moore looked better than rookie Ryan Tannehill at Tuesday's practice, although Moore was far from perfect. The newspaper suggested Tannehill struggled. David Garrard -- who seems destined to be the No. 3 quarterback -- is home this week with his wife after his house suffered storm damage over the weekend. We tend to agree with NFL.com staffer Gregg Rosenthal's suspicion that owner Stephen Ross' prediction will come true and that Moore will wind up starting the season as the Miami starter. And as Rosenthal summed up: "We also suspect Philbin won't say much more than the competition is 'close' until the competition is over."
