The Facts:
HCPat Shurmur said on the first day of minicamp today that there will be enough playing time for Montario Hardesty and Brandon Jackson even though No. 3 overall pick Trent Richardson is here. "They'll all play and I'm not concerned about them getting their reps,' Shurmur said.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Shurmur also said that Hardesty, who missed most of the last half of the season with a calf injury, and Jackson, who missed all of 2011 with a toe injury, have looked good in practices. "Knock on wood right now I think that group is healthy and they're running around fast,' Shurmur said. "You can see there's some carryover in learning from the guys that were here a year ago. And Trent's doing a good job of picking things up. So they look fast, they're getting their reps and because the lines (to wait your turn) are a little bit longer, the reps they're in for, they look crisp.' Jackson was signed as a free agent last offseason in part to serve as the third-down back. It remains to be seen how Shurmur will divide things up but there have been reports suggesting that Jackson could be in line for more playing time in a third-down role than Hardesty.
