Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The NFL Management Council and NFL Players Association on Tuesday said the team's Wednesday and Thursday OTA practices have been canceled as well as its Friday workout session. OTA sessions are voluntary and players are not allowed to hit one another or line up 11 on 11. Players will not be allowed to attend the team facility during those days, but will be paid for those sessions. HC Pete Carroll subsequently commented on the issue, conceding the workouts were overenthusiastic. “It’s always about one play here, one play there,” Carroll said. “It wasn’t, you know, play after play after play. It was a few plays that stood out where guys made mistakes trying too hard and competing too much.”
