ongoing story. ...Ingram described his recent arthroscopic knee surgery as "as minor as it gets." And he said he will be 100 percent healthy by the time training camp starts. "Just something, needed to have it fixed and went in and got it done," Ingram said. "A minor knee surgery, a little scope. As minor as it gets."

The surgery was on Ingram's right knee, not the left knee that Ingram had injured during his college career at Alabama. Ingram said he was experiencing some soreness in the knee. He is also recovering from a more significant surgery earlier in the offseason to repair a tendon in his big toe -- the injury that ended his rookie season early last year. Despite the two surgeries, he expects to be full speed by next month. "(The toe) feels great. I'm gonna be 100 percent, be stronger than ever, be ready to go," said Ingram, who has been attending practices and wearing a jersey but not participating in drills this summer.
