The Facts:
Charles, TE Tony Moeaki and S Eric Berry all suffered similar injuries, torn knee ligaments, near the start of last season and now all could soon be cleared to play.

HC Romeo Crennel said all three men would be examined by doctors on June 18 and cleared to participate in training camp, if all goes well. None have participated in off-season practices and instead are working mostly off the side with a strength coach. We suspect, even if fully cleared, all three would likely be eased back into action over the course of camp. Assuming the clearance comes, however, it would be reasonable to expect them all to be ready to go full speed come Week 1. ... We'll obviously continue to follow up as needed, however. So stay tuned.
