Reiss, as connected a Patriots beat writer as you'll find, has been hearing positive things about Addai in recent weeks. Reiss also notes the fit seems right: "[Addai is] a low-key, versatile, mentor-type professional to pair with younger backs Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen, as well as Danny Woodhead. ..." We don't disagree. The Patriots like to keep an experienced all-around player on the depth chart. The real question from a Fantasy perspective is, how much can Addai cut into potential touches for Ridley and Vereen? We'll be watching for more.
