So wrote Post staffer Brian Biggane, who went on to explain the only time we saw Matt Moore or Ryan Tannehill working with the “ones” was during the mid-June mini-camp. The rest of the time Garrard was running the first-team offense. Still, Biggane was quick to advise readers it's hard to imagine Moore not getting a long look, particularly when the games begin. Remember, Moore got almost no snaps with the first team last year until Chad Henne went down with a shoulder injury; after a few weeks to get up to speed, he became as good a quarterback as the Dolphins have had other than Chad Pennington in the past several years. As for Tannehill, he’s not in the running right now due to his untimely mistakes, particularly when throwing into traffic. Coach Joe Philbin and his staff have made it clear that turnovers will not be tolerated, so for now at least Tannehill will continue his apprenticeship as the No. 3 guy.
