Johnson signed a one-year contract with the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday after spending two games last season on Cleveland's roster. Johnson played in 23 games with Atlanta from 2000-03 and had 11 starts, including eight in 2003 while Michael Vick was injured. He appeared in two games for Tennessee in 2004.
