The Facts:
It's been a nice offseason for Driver, who earned reality TV fame by winning "Dancing With The Stars," then signed a new deal to continue his career with the Packers. On Wednesday, Driver was at the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles, where the 37-year-old wide receiver discussed how much longer he'd like his NFL career to continue. "I'm going to play two more years, this one, then next year, then I'm completely done," he said. "(I'm) gonna put my cleats on the shelf and do something different."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
By "something different," NFL.com's Dan Hanzus assumes Driver means he'll pursue a career in the entertainment business, though that could go in any number of directions. What is clear is he allegiance to Green Bay. "I've always said I wanted to retire a Packer," Driver went on, "and now I get that opportunity to retire for, as I always say, the best franchise in the world. ..." The immediate question is what role? We fully expect Randall Cobb to move ahead of Driver (and James Jones) in the team's pecking order at wideout. Is Driver ready to take a back seat? We shall see. Remember: Driver signed a one-year, $2.3 million deal with the Packers in June. If he intends to play through 2013, he'll have to convince Green Bay to pay up again.
