Dez Bryant Claims He's A Lot Stronger This Year
(7/15 12:17 PT)

The Facts:
Having a full season to work with Cowboys strength coach Mike Woicik, arguably the best in the business, Bryant has admittedly gotten “a lot stronger.” Reported by the Dallas Morning News

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Based on his recent Twitter posts, it's would appear Bryant is indeed in fantastic shape. He’s listed at 6-2, 220 pounds and tweeted last month that his body fat was recorded at 3.1 percent. Although he appeared to be in outstanding shape last season, Bryant said last month that he wasn’t at his best. A deep thigh bruise in the season opener prevented him from ever playing at 100 percent, according to the 23-year-old Oklahoma State product. “It affected me big time,” Bryant said. “I feel much quicker. I’m coming out of my breaks faster. I got in shape real quick. ...” For what it's worth, when sked for his 40-yard dash time, Bryant responded: “It all depends on the day. Depending on the day, it can go from a 4.4 (seconds) to a 4.5.” As Morning News staffer John Machota suggests, either way, that’s pretty impressive for a 220-pounder. And if you check out current FootballDiehards.com Staff Rankings, you'll find some of us here are among those impressed.
