Scobee, who has spent all eight seasons of his career with the Jaguars, missed Jacksonville's OTAs and mini-camp. The kicker had previously said he had no intention of missing any games for the Jaguars in 2012. Scobee made 23 of 25 field goals last season and made all 24 of his extra point attempts.
