Heyward-Bey was pulled over around 2 a.m. on April 7 on the Bay Bridge while returning from a visit to a nightclub, his attorney, Ivan Golde, told the newspaper. Heyward-Bey, 25, agreed to plead no contest in the San Francisco Superior Court to the misdemeanor charge in exchange for three years' probation and three months of DUI classes.
