Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
The third-year pro underwent successful arthroscopic surgery Feb. 10, but didn't participate in mini-camp. Still, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport advised readers that Gronkowski is "good to go" when veterans report for training camp July 25. Earlier in the offseason, Gronkowski, who who set records at his position with 90 catches for 1,327 yards and 17 touchdowns, signed a six-year, $54 million extension that puts him under contract with the Patriots through 2019. While the team took a cautious approach with WR Wes Welker, who was placed on the active/physically unable to perform list following knee surgery two years ago, that doesn't seem like it will be the case for Gronkowski. According to ESPN.com, the Patriots placed TEs Daniel Fells and Jake Ballard on Active/PUP heading into camp. Gronk wasn't included on the list. ... Stay tuned. We'll have more as needed.
