Briscoe will likely find playing time hard to come by after the Skins brought in Pierre Garcon and Josh Morgan to play alongside a rejuvenated Santana Moss and promising Leonard Hankerson. It's possible that defensive backs coach Raheem Morris, who coached Briscoe with the Bucs last year, was willing to stand up for him and support the signing.
