The Jets continue to build a gimmick offense and are now looking at installing a package of plays for cornerback Antonio Cromartie to be used at wide receiver.

First the team installed a package for quarterback Tim Tebow to run at quarterback and now they are addressing what they might be able to do with Cromartie out wide. “They’re trying to make up a ‘Cro Package,’” Cromartie told the Daily News on Saturday. “So I’ll see what goes in there. I believe I can do it. You got to pick your spots. You got to figure out what routes I can run, what routes I can’t run. That’s what we’re going to do.” Apparently, the Cro Package will be run with Mark Sanchez under center as that is how it was practiced.
