After missing a good portion of Spring practices with a hamstring injury, head coach Dennis Allen said Moore will be under no restrictions as camp kicks off for the Raiders on Monday.

Moore is a favorite in the Fantasy community to step up his game in Year 2 after showing so much promise. Quarterback Carson Palmer has been effusive in his praise of the young receiver as the team transitions into more of a west coast offense. Moore is much more than a sleeper candidate this year, so you're going to have to grab him fairly early if you want him on your roster.
