Clayton rushed for 17 yards on six carries in one game for the Patriots two seasons ago. He was also on the Cleveland Browns' roster last season, rushing for 12 yards on eight carries. For his career, he has gained 29 yards on 15 carries with one reception for three yards. Don't be surprised if Clayton is a temporary addition. Without Beanie Wells, the team heads into Sunday's Hall of Fame game against the Saints in need of depth at the position.
