After continuing the recent trend of heading out with the starters and getting the most work with that group, it appears that the quarterback job in Miami is Garrard's to lose.

Barring a disastrous performance in the first one or two preseason games, Garrard will likely be the starter Week 1 in Houston. “I haven’t been told anything, I haven’t been leaked anything, nobody’s come to me,” Garrard said. “So I’m just going to keep working, let it play out, and hopefully my game shows up.” Assuming rookie Ryan Tannehill isn't named the Week 1 starter, the loser between Garrard and David Moore could find themselves looking for a job later this year.
