After a report emerged earlier today that Bowe had signed his one-year contract tender, it turns out that report was mistaken.

The expectation remains that Bowe will indeed sign his tender, but that has yet to happen. Looking further ahead, the expectation at this time is that after he signs that tender, he'll likely walk away in free agency next year. It is anticipated that he'll be in to camp prior to Week 1, but just how much prior to that point has not been established yet. When he does arrive he'll be looking for a big year to establish his value as a free agent, but he is stepping into what appears to be a very run-heavy system.
