The Facts:
HC Chuck Pagano announced Monday that Collie (concussion) is a full-go for Sunday's game at Chicago.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Collie suffered his four concussion in 21 months during the team's Aug. 20 game against the Steelers. It was reported at the time that the concussion was mild. In fact, Collie was listed as day-to-day at the time. Meanwhile, his return to the lineup is good news but that doesn't mean Fantasy owners should treat him as a viable front-line player. It's going to be very difficult to rely on a player with his history of concussions -- especially given the level of attention being placed on the head injuries by the league.
