According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Lynch has experienced back spasms and team is uncertain whether he'll be able to play Sunday against Arizona.

The back has been an ongoing issue for Lynch all summer. In fact, his lone scratch last season (which came during pre-game warmups) was due to the same issue. Fantasy owners should exercise caution. We'll continue to follow up through kickoff (or resolution if earlier), but Robert Turbin will be the prime beneficiary if Lynch can't go.
