Jamal Lewis plans to play entire season
(8/13 11:32 PT)

The Facts:
Lewis believes he won't miss any playing time because of the Nov. 1 trial, and was relieved to know that his time in court will happen this year. "I wanted it to happen sooner than later. For me, I just want to get it out of the way," Lewis said. "It's set for November, and that's when we have to handle it."  Reported by the Associated Press

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Brian Billick says he's not sure whether Lewis will be able to handle the logistics of traveling back and forth from Atlanta to Baltimore, which is a far cry from previous statements that seemed to preclude the possibility of Lewis playing through the proceedings.
