According to Indianapolis Star beat writer Mike Chappell, HC Chuck Pagano told reporters on Wednesday that Collie is back to practice and he's been cleared to play.

That's different than last week, when Collie was only cleared to practice. He worked with the team all last week -- and was on the field for pre-game warmups -- but was included among the inactives when the list was announced. We'll be following up on this one, but it sounds like Collie is in a better place this time around.
