Arrington was released late last week and re-signed on Tuesday before being placed on season-ending IR. Arrington never got back up to speed after having a knee scoped last month. Meanwhile, Camarillo returns after working with the Saints through most of the preseason. He'll provide immediate depth with Devery Henderson's status uncertain this week due to a concussion suffered against the Redskins.
