The Giant confirm that Domenik Hixon sustained a concussion and will not return. His status for Thursday's Week 3 match-up vs. Carolina Panthers is clearly in doubt. With Hixon out, look for receivers Ramses Barden, Jerrel Jernigan and rookie Reuben Randle to be in the mix for more playing time.
